I love the look, door storage, glass shelving and lighting. Owned less than 6 weeks and freezer is full of frost, kind of thaws, then ices. Very disappointed and inconvenienced.

The waterline to the ice maker lines in the path of the cooling fan. I've had two of these, neither lasting longer than 6 months when the ice maker and water line starts freezing up and keeps freezing up. Looking for another fridge to replace this one again. And also the filter from GE, based on model number, did not fit.

Hi, We're so sorry to hear of this difficulty with the water line freezing up and the water filter not fitting as it should. This sounds incredibly frustrating and is not the ownership experience we strive for. We'd like to get some additional information and we'll be reaching out to you via email. We wish you had a better experience than this! - Sharon@GEA
Love my new refrigerator/freezer. No problems or issues at this time after a month usage. It's been years since I bought a refrigerator/freezer and hope this one gives me many years too. Worth the extra money having freezer on the bottom and having the refrigerator on the top. No more bending to get in the refrigerator which you go into more than the freezer. I give this product a 10.
We were limited to a specific size for our space. This refrigerator fit the specs and so far works well and gives us plenty of space for our food. It is, however, quite noisy and makes some weird noises. You get used to it but it is rather loud at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey there, and thank you for submitting your feedback. While we're glad the refrigerator is working well for you and providing plenty of space for your food items, we do hate to hear you have a concern over the noise level. We know that may have caused inconvenience.
Newer model refrigerators can be a bit louder than the older models you may be used to, because of advances in technology and added features. We do have an article describing normal sounds for the refrigerator to make, if you'd like to make sure the noises you're hearing aren't out of the ordinary: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=15901 . There is also a description of expected sounds for the model on page 42 of your manual.
We hope that information is helpful, and we will be letting our Design team know of your concerns with the sound level for future review and consideration. We are always glad to offer assistance if you have any other concerns or questions in the future. All the best! -Sarah@GEA
Worst product you can think of. It is so noisy (63dB) that it will wake you up at night! It’s humming and rattling and GE won’t do anything about it since they consider it a NORMAL noise. And with no noise specifications they can say whatever the hell they want.

I've generally been tired of frozen, oddly shaped items falling out at me from my top freezer fridge. I'm also tall, so it's actually been hard to squat to find things on the top shelf. I suffer no longer.
The pull out drawer freezer stores everything I need without risk of toe injuries. I can also now see everything in the fridge while standing. Love it.
