Good size, great ice maker, fridge is a little loud but nothing that bothers us. Stays pretty clean but we don’t have kids running around. Really like the door alarm feature.

Extremely Noisy!!!

I purchased this refrigerator/freezer one week ago. I am miserable. The fan is so loud that the noise vibrates off the walls and can be heard two floors away. A GE repairman advised that the only option is to keep the refrigerator/freezer very full to minimize activation of the fan. I have owned other refrigerators and never had this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When the unit is running, if you're hearing the sound of the fan coming into contact with another part, this could make a loud grinding noise. Our New GE Bottom Freezer Refrigerator has been such a great purchase for us. Lots of room up top so we can easily find items and organize. Bottom freezer has ice maker section where we can store ice cream and easily accessible lighted food compartment to find items quickly in the freezer. We Love It
