I bought my home with the GE refrigerator already in it. There is ample space in both the fridge and freezer sections. It keeps my food cold and looks sharp.

Noisy!!!!

The freezer fan has a high pitched whine that is extremely annoying!! They put a new fan in. The new fan is just as noisy. I am sure I will have to go through a lot of hassle to get a frig that works properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Newer model refrigerators can make different noises than older models you might be used to, because of newer technology and added features; the fan in particular may make noise as it changes speeds to help maintain the desired temperature. Very noisy.

Very noisy. The compressor need a design overhaul. The features, size, convenience, lay out of the interior, lighting I would give three or four stars to. However, it’s flat out noisy. And that’s a manufacturing problem.

Loudest appliance EVER. Sounds like it is about to blast off. I have to close the door to any room I’m in because of how distracting the whoosh sound it makes. Esthetically decent, and easy to keep things organized in it.
