Extended Warranty a MUST !

The unit is/was somewhat noisy. Went to the freezer this morning and the sausage had thawed. It is advisable to go ahead and purchase the extended warranty, as I am beyond the 1 year mark by 2 months. The repair person will be here Wednesday to evaluate. A 4 Star while it lasted.

I wish I could give this fridge no stars! The doors do not seal well and the freezer is constantly freezing up, full of frost. It runs continuously and is very loud. Definitely not an energy saver! I would advise everyone to steer clear of this unit.

Way too loud

This fridge gets two stars because it keeps my food cold. Aside from that, it's a very loud fridge. It's got at least two distinct whining frequencies that drive me to major irritation. When everything else is relatively quiet, I can hear it from the floor above and I can hear it from the floor below. A decibel meter held near the thing meter reads between 75 dB. That's akin to city traffic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Space of this Model.

Much more space than I anticipated. This is a positive. Having the freezer on the bottom is great for us because it saves us the bending over and getting into the refrigerator. I love the ice machine feature. Very sleek design.

So far I love my refrigerator. Only thing I miss is the butter compartment with the flip up door like I had in my old refrigerator. It is great that shelves can be adjusted, and there are dividers in the freezer to help organize.

A lot of good features...but it's noisy

I appreciate the capacity of this refrigerator and the shelves meet my needs very well. The temperature is maintained well but I'm not sure how efficient this refrigerator is. The compressor runs most of the time and it is noisy enough to be irritating. I have seen the documentation that states it's more efficient to keep the compressor running rather than to stop and start it frequently. However, it needs to be quiet if it is going to run so much.

The unit's compressor is designed to run 75% to 90% of the time depending on if it's installed in humid or hot areas. It is normal to hear the compressor during operation. Worth the investment

This one replaced a 15 year old bottom freezer of a different brand. The new one has some nice features such as the information bar at the top of the refrigerator that lets you adjust the temps of the refrigerator & freezer. The ice maker has a convenient on/off switch since it produces more ice than we regularly use. The door shelves are deeper, thus more things get put on the door.

This is the worst appliance ever. Have had the service person out three times for the same thing. Now the fruit and vegetables are freezing and so are items on the top shelf in the back. Do NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR>
