Replaced similar GE refigerator - love it....

I had (almost same) GE profile bottom drawer refigerator same width. This one has larger capacity in same spot as it is deeper and taller. I moved up cabinets above. I love that extra space in the capacity. Great refigerator for a narrow space 30".
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek Look

Just installed - love the sleek look - more square than rounded edges. So far so good. Only challenge is the upper freezer bin that pulls out when opened.

Pretty good with one problem

It works well, holds more food than our previous refrigerator but it makes a few odd sounding noises that I don’t like.

Fits our small space

I purchased this fridge because it was the only one available where I live that would fit a 31” wide space. All in all, I am mostly satisfied with fridge, gave it 4 stars because it freezes things near the back of the top shelf… The freezing seems to come from the vent at the top back, I move all forward to avoid freezing. Other than the freezing, I’m very happy with it.

GE REFRIGEATOR

I love the bottom freezer idea. However, the designer made a few mistakes in my opinion. First the refrigerator was a 1/2 taller than my previous one. Though the measurements were the same?? I believe this happened because GE added wheels underneath (which is good) but it affected the height of the fridge was did not fit under my cabinets. Also the vegetable bins are 2 inches shorter in width...why would that be a "good" idea to provide LESS SPACE.

Like bottom freezer, and functional design. But whiny and variable motor noise is very annoying. Also, stainless steel is ugly, old choices of different colors was superior.

Great except noisy

I like the fridge. The freezer is easy to access all items stored. The refrigerator door stores a large capacity for condiments and liquids. Storing most of my smaller items frees up the space in the refrigerator for larger items. The stainless steel outside does not resist fingerprints. I would have rated this fridge higher, but the sound it makes including the ice maker are loud. I have some hearing loss and I can hear it It's a migraine trigger at times. I keep the ice maker off. I would return but it would be extremely difficult. I'm hoping I will eventually not notice the sound. Otherwise, it is a beautiful fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad motor

A new one day old after waiting 6 months for the unit to arrive the motor on three unit needs to be replaced because of noise from a running motor at slow speed!
