Refrigerator is loud when running. Louder than we expected, anyway. And for our personal tastes, not really a fan of the bottom freezer. This has nothing to do with the functioning of the unit, which is fine.

I like the refrigerator. My last one of 20 years quit working. I had to find one that would fit in the space, was a bottom drawer freezer and had an ice maker. The GE 20 cubic ft bottom drawer model fit the bill. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is so deep and not as wide. I prefer more width to the extra depth.
This model has nice features like a warning noise if the door does not shut fully. The shelves on the door stay as cold as the shelves on the inside of the box.

Two issues

Two issues I have, first was my error. When reviewing the hight of the unit, I wrote down the cabinet hight not the hight of the door. This has resulted in not being to open the cabinet doors above the installed unit.
The next issue is no instructions on how to level the refrigerator.
