Not Stainless Steel

Bought this believing it was stainless steel, arrived to find out it is only stainless steel colour not a stainless steel front. Well since it isn't stainless steel we put our granddaughters art work on the front door with a magnet. Removed it after a while only to find that the magnet iodized the door and left a pit hole in the finish. We never would have purchased this for this kind of money if we knew it wasn't truly stainless steel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love the bottom freezer such a back saver and ohhhh my the amount of room in such a compact fridge and so well lit with the led lighting can see everything and everywhere.. Last but least love that there an american made woohoo

We purchased the previous GE refrigerator in 1963, and this new one doesn’t perform as well as the one it replaced.
I bought this new one because I could no longer fix the old one, which had better food and drink chilling ability
During operation, it occasionally emits odd noises.
When the time comes for repairs, I doubt I can fix the new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My expensive counter depth French door lasted only 6 yrs. This was purchased as a replacement. I needed ASAP and this was the only one I liked that would arrive quickly. Unit makes sufficient ice and the fridge is roomy enough, but the freezer is too small. Also, it is somewhat noisy.
