My wife and I bought this laptop to share since we are both in graduate school. The laptop itself is great and the performance of the laptop is exactly what we were hoping for. It's quick and portable, and the AMD parts inside of it work just as well (if not better) as any Intel product I have used previously. We primarily have two reasons for giving it a 4 star rating. First, if the laptop goes to sleep in tablet mode, there's no way to wake it back up unless you unfold it and turn it into a computer, sign back in, and then fold it back over. It may seem like a small inconvenience, but it's very noticeable when you're sitting in a classroom and suddenly have to start bending your laptop over and over again to get it to wake up. Second, it weighs almost the same as a neutron star. We wanted a 2-in-1 laptop so I wouldn't have to take both a personal and a work laptop when traveling, but this weighs the same as my other two laptops combined. This adds to the inconvenience of having to flip it every time you have to wake the tablet function of it up. Other than those two inconveniences, the laptop is truly great.

My 2.5 year specter got the blue screen of death so ordered this new pc. It arrived with the blue screen right out of the box. Sent it back. Used to be an hp family. As products wear out or become obsolete, moving to apple.
