Bought a month ago, absolute nightmare.
Crashes every day no matter what OS I try: Windows 10, Ubuntu, PopOS, etc.
Very tired of the BSODs and crashes; horrible experience so far. From my debugging, seems to be issue with the NVME SSD.

I think this is the best buy of my life. The one thing that was preventing me from buying was the lack of reviewers, but the gamble paid off. The design looks very nice, it's a slim body and the color is not black it has tints of reds in black. Looks much better in that color, it just suits it. The touch screen is very good, I wish they had offered a pen so I could write stuff down fairly easily. Still, though the screen is quite nice, although it can't get very bright. So, if you work outside you might not be able to see your screen. The speakers are unlike any other PC I've had. They are in tune, it's just the right amount of crisp. Other features like the fingerprint and the camera blocker are quite nice as well and work flawlessly. The one problem I had was when I switched back and forth from the tablet mode to pc mode I would lose the visibility of the cursor when I used chrome(only chrome). When I restart it, it comes back. I also run some engineering softwares such as solid works and it works great no trouble so far(been a month). I highly believe this is a better option than most 2 in 1s, especially with the specs it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Computer a month ago and I have no complaints. It works well. The display is nice and the processor is fast. The only thing I would change would be 1) not having so much bloatware preinstalled on the computer and 2) it would be nice if the computer screen was a little taller to match the width. The proportion of the dimensions is just a touch awkward. But overall, its a solid machine and I would recommend it.

I bought this brand new only in the last month, as I needed a new computer for school. Gosh, it has not been going well. There is this problem where if the sound is on, the laptop will sometime freeze up and create this awful jarring, constant noise. Only way to fix is to shut down and restart. It has also randomly shut down on its own before, while using it, and at one point wouldn't turn on at all. Had to do some very specific secret keyworks to get it booted again.
And finally, there is also some discoloration at the bottom of the screen, almost like if you were pressing it, except of course, I'm not.
It hasn't been very fun. :(
