[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WiFi drops even after we purchased it with upgraded network card. Had some driver issues with the display for a while. Fan has gotten loud a few times when used just for browsing. Laptop features are maxed out at purchase for school use but laptop is severely underused. Mainly just browsing and MS Word yet random issues arise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The keyboard is well arranged and easy to use. The computer is lightweight and can be easily transported. The battery has a long life span. Additionally, the hinges allowing for the laptop to be used as a tablet is sheer genius on the engineer's part. The shipment came much faster than anticipated. I could go on and on. Everything about this computer and its purchase was top-notch. I would highly recommend this product.
