The laptop arrived a week earlier than predicted. And I actually another week until I was ready to slowly embracing the new experience. I am easing into it. That might sound silly, but it's so nice. And for what I paid, it was well worth it. For what was built was well worth the investment in myself and the laptop. I will say the video and sound quality are fantastic. I had no clue that I would be able touch the screen to do things. It's fun-of course that cause fingerprints, but it's fun to employ. For example, I was wondering what would happen if I tapped on the screen for my pin input. And a number pad appears. I really felt like was in a future sci-fi, where they are using a hologram screen to move things around. It was a bit strange and beautiful at the same time!

I got a problem with my audio, when I am in zoom my audio stop working, or get disconnected. So the computer have to restart.

I have had my new laptop for only three weeks now. So far, it has met and/or exceeded my expectations. Keyboard is better than expected, love the speed and the ability to game smoothly in the basic games I play. Haven't used the 2-in-1 aspect much as it has been used mostly for business and light gaming.

Had this for about a month now and its working well so far and meets my needs. I only have a few issues with the device but they are minor. First when in tablet mode there is no way to wake the device. So if you are working in tablet mode and the display goes to sleep you need to put it back in to PC mode to wake it up. Secondly the finish on the product is not all that great. What I mean by this is it scratches extremely easily. Mine was on my lap in tablet mode and brushed my belt buckle lightly and left a large scratch across the whole track pad and palm rest.
