I bought this about a month ago to improve my school setup at we transition to online education. The large screen and tablet feature allows me to have my lecture open in one half and onenote on the other side of screen. The pen works really great for this feature.
I bought this for online school and it has been a huge asset to me! It was also very easy to learn how to use, especially considering I haven’t owned a laptop in years.
This laptop is absolutely perfect! This is my second HP laptop (first one is still in working order, just wanted a 2-in-1), and I am highly pleased! It runs very smoothly, and is super fast. I am able to play games, and watch movies on one charge. The graphics are very sharp, and the touchscreen is very responsive. One negative is the body is a fingerprint magnet, but beyond that it is perfect! I would gladly purchase this again.
It’s a good laptop, suppose to be top of the line, but I keep having a lot of minor issues with it. The microphone keeps going out which is an issue for zoom, lockdown browser, and various other programs I use for school. I’ve had to call support like three times just the week. I’m getting really frustrated because I don’t have the time to spend hours a week with support about my laptop. Not gonna lie, I’m a little too close to asking for a replacement or refund
My high tech son recommended this for his 65 year old dad. I'm still getting used to things, especially since my old computer is a desk top that is over ten years old. I like it. No complaints. I did have an issue with no sound, but a quick chat/text exchange with a tech guy from Microsoft and a re-install of a driver fixed that problem in minutes.
Bought a customized hp Envy 15 with Ruzen 7 4700 u processor. 16 gb ram. Computer is a beast and runs everything I throw at it in less than a second. So far so good. the 400 ms screen is amazing
