I like the fingerprint login. I like the fast boot. Some of the keyboard features are nice. But I hate the plug and it's connection location. The plug is thicker than the laptop, so I have elevate the entire laptop with a book to keep to keep it bending the plug which would damage the plug receptacle. I doubt I'll use the 360 swivel because there's no way to protect the keyboard. These little rubber feet are not enough. I mean, who uses a tablet on a flat surface anyway? The price is obviously for a lot of the features that aren't really that big of a deal. Then there's the camera kill switch. Okay, I watched the video. Where's the kill switch? Or is it only a feature on some other product? It's really unclear. Overall, it's really expensive with little more harddrive space than my 9 yr old Dell.
I bought this laptop and after setting it completely up, I had a virtual meeting and discovered the camera did not work! I spent hours and hours trying to fix it and I, also, had to get help from several people before it was finally resolved. This was a huge setback and frustration due to the importance of having a functional camera.

I am not completely satisfied with this purchase. I can't click on and embedded site to get to the next screen. I have to highlight it and open another screen and paste it to see what it was. Have not used it much because I get frustrated over that. Still using my old laptop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy HP computers because I trust the Hewlett Packard Company. They employ the best engineers that design and build state-of-the-art, user friendly and reliable products! This is my third HP computer in the past several decades and my last one is still going strong! I purchased the HP ENVY x360 Laptop 15-ee0047nr because I needed a broader spectrum on-line meeting engine.
I bought this laptop only a couple weeks ago and already love it. Very portable and light compared to the 17" monster I've had for nearly 7 years. Ryzen 5 hexa-core processor and 16GB RAM along with an SSD makes all the difference. This is how a laptop should function, the Bang & Olufsen sound is amazing. The only minor things I would complain about is the lack of Ethernet port and the location of the power button which blends in with the rest of the keyboard; those are the only things I'd be picky about. Thanks HP for making a laptop and why this is the 5th laptop I've bought from you starting all the way back in 2003! Keep up the great work!
I’ve had this product for less than a month and now have to send it back for repairs. Sometimes there is no sound or if there is sound it makes a very loud noise out of the speaker and I have to hard restart the computer to get it to stop. I needed it for work and video conferencing and unfortunately the loud noise has happened during important meetings and I have to completely shut the computer down and leave the meeting. This has been extremely frustrating with a brand new computer.
i think that the laptop is not as fast as it should be. when i first started using it, i had two tabs of edge open and it had trouble loading the screens. i had to close it out multiple times. it does not do this as often anymore. also, i bought the 15 inch laptop because i like the larger keyboard. this keyboard is very small for a 15 inch laptop.
I bought this for my daughter for online school. she goes to a charter school and they are using zoom to conduct lessons. we have had several times when the computer's speakers emit a screeching sound and everything on the screen freezes. the only way to stop the loud screeching is to power off the laptop and restart. Other than that it has been working well.
