The door has to be forced to close on the left side.

This dishwasher was designed to have hidden controls at the top of the unit. We also recommend keeping the door shut once the wash cycle has been initiated for the best performance. I love this dishwasher! The added bottle cleaning feature is a must have with our insulated cups! My dishes come out so clean and dry!

Some good features

I do like the cutlery baskets, and it is fairly quiet. I do not like the fact that they did not use fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Also, do not like the fact that there is no third rack.
