The racks are small and not very sturdy - no wine glass racks or movable racks for a variety of dishes, bowls and glasses. the top rack lowers but when it goes to second position it hits the dishes on the bottom thus cannot fit my water bottles on top rack. I regret this purchase and will not keep it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It could be helpful to take a look at page 11 inside the Use and Care manual, this section goes into some detail about optimal loading positions and settings. Love that it has a 1 hour option. The rack size has good space. The dishwasher is quiet and fits the space perfectly. It was an easy install for my service tech. The stainless outside shell is easy to clean. I am thankful I pick this dishwasher, very happy with it.
