Horrible dishwasher

This dishwasher is horrible. The bottom rack doesn’t stay on th tracks whether it’s empty or full. I’ve moved into a newly constructed townhouse last month and I want the builder to remove it and replace it with a better brand/modelv

The dishwasher is part of a new build house but has been broke and in need of repair since closing on 8 June 2026. Will be able to rate once it is fixed.
