Second time around

Only dries thoroughly if on the dry boost cycle. Our previous GE dishwasher only lasted three years, hoping for longer service this go-round.

Meets our needs but isn't what we expected

We did a lot of research before we bought this dishwasher. We checked reviews and narrowed down our search to what we were looking for. This dishwasher met all of our criteria and was going to arrive in less time than other dishwashers that we had viewed so we chose to order this dishwasher. It also had received 4.5 ratings from over 3500 people and had higher ratings than most other dishwashers of similar makes/models. The only downside was that we had to order it online and couldn't actually evaluate the model before purchasing.
The dishwasher arrived in the expected amount of time, but we were very disappointed after taking it out of the packaging. Although it had everything we were looking for, the model feels very cheap and flimsy. It was also very difficult to get it level and came with VERY cheap insulation. Finally, it has a plastic interior, which we didn't realize when we purchased it and it takes 2 1/2 hours to run a full cycle (there are very limited cycle options). I'm glad we purchased the extended warranty because I don't have very high hopes of this dishwasher lasting very long.

Not as good as last sishwasher

Cycles are long. Sometimes 3 hours. Dishes aren’t dry after cycle. Mostly plastic structure.

Definitely a noise improvement over my old dishwasher. Just installed so far so good.We will finitely utilize
more since it is quieter.

Obviously a Lower Quality Model

This model was installed in our new construction home. As a family of 5, our dishwasher is used daily. This model is lower quality than others I have had, with a flimsy front panel, and cheap push buttons that are already cracking. I have already needed to get a repair scheduled because the start button does not work when closing the unit. I would spring for a higher end model with more solid parts, we would’ve if we knew this would be the model that was installed. I cannot see this dishwasher lasting us more than a couple of years.
