The dishwasher racks seem flimsy when being pulled out and pushed back in. It gives the feel that it is broken

Horrible unit

This dishwasher has not worked since installed in my new house. I have run it multiple times and the detergent door will not open and dispense the fluid. Also the unit keeps leaking and luckily we were able to catch it and move the unit and mop up the water under it and in the cabinet area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
