I am very sorry to hear this. We are happy to replace it for you. Please email a picture of the broken dispenser to customer service along with your mailing address and we will get a new one sent. It has proven difficult to safely ship the dispenser being so light in the same package as the heavy bacon press. Our email is support@blackstoneproducts.com

We are happy to replace that for you. It is very difficult to ship in the same package as the heavy bacon press. It can last a very long time. Please reach out to Blackstone customer service with your shipping info and they will get it replaced for you. They may only need a photo. support@blackstoneproducts.com
