Batter Dispenser failure

I received a Blackstone Breakfast kit for Christmas along with a 28" Blackstone Griddle. I have used the pancake batter dispenser 4 or 5 times. It has been handwashed and dried after each use. This morning I was using it to dispense the pancake batter when the handle broke. I have been pleased with everything so far and love cooking on the griddle. I and extremely disappointed that the batter dispenser broke after so few uses. I don't use a thick batter that would have stressed the handle. I would think that anything with the Blackstone name would be more durable. I would recommend that it be made out if metal that would stand up to more use.

Pancake Dispenser

I have only used my dispenser three times. All hand washed and dried. The orange piece on the bottom holding the rubber seal in place broke and now the dispenser is rendered useless. Very low quality for the price of accessories.

The breakfast set is great...covers all areas of breakfast creations. But pancake dispencer literally exploded and handle assembly flew off just sitting empty on my counter! I was a little leary about how cheaply made it seemed to be when we got the set....but it worked, so we thought it was ok. Glad this happened with nothing in it..........BUT not glad it happened period! I wrote a message and am waiting for a reply. Would like to just receive a replacement to complete the set we purchased. Hope to hear back soon.

Wanted to Love it

I really thought this was going to be a great item, everything else I've purchased with the Blackstone name has been of good quality. I like the bacon press, the egg molds are okay. I really was looking forward to the batter dispenser. I liked the way it worked the first time but noticed a crack at the bottom of the handle. I used it a second time and it didn't seem to dispense as easy. After hand washing and drying it, I was in another room and heard what we thought was a pan dropping. Went to the kitchen and saw the metal piece under the handle was on the floor and pieces if the dispenser were broke. I really wanted to love this thing.

Egg rings and press are great. The pancake dispenser fell apart after first use. Very cheap and flimsy. Must blackstone products very well made not this one.

Cheap & easily breakable

I bought this in October and have been very careful with it because it felt quite cheap. Today (4/7/21) I went to use it and the handle shattered in my hand as I was over the griddle. Ruined a whole batch of pancakes. Blackstone should not put their name on this product.
