Curious to convinced

Was always curious about this Blackstone product. As somebody who is on the road year-round I do about 90% of the cooking outside. (This saves my RV added moisture and odors).
Well, my little tailgating grill got rusty and needed to be replaced. So I purchased the Blackstone and now I’m convinced it was the best decision. Everything I cook is easier. All the proteins cook better, all the vegetables cook better, and now I even do breakfast outside with eggs and cheese , I can even toast the bread as I go. It’s phenomenal. So happy to not have a grill anymore.

right gas know incorrectly lined up

The knows were very hard to get on. The left knob is fine. The right knob will only turn to the right while the decals on the grill indicates it should turn to the left
