Everything I was looking for in a griddle!

I had been looking for a griddle to take camping with us. It needed to be portable, not take up too much space and yet offer a good amount of cooking surface. This griddle met that criteria and more. Add in the hood and I couldn’t say no. Highly recommended!

This unit is marketed as a tabletop unit and I do agree with that, however I think one should purchase the stand with this unit. You need a large table or a place to set this in order to cook and have room for what you are cooking. I plan on purchasing a stand (if and when) they come available. Also, If you are going to use this unit outside of camping or tailgating as I have, be sure to purchase the LP tank hose in order to use 5 gal common tanks. I find the little 1pound bottles do not last long enough If cooking for a few hours. You will be happy with this purchase!

This is my second Blackstone and I’m really well satisfied with the price, the quality workmanship, and most of all the great meals I’m preparing daily at our Florida home. My wife was a little reluctant to ok my 22 inch purchase but now I have this unit on our porch, she is a huge fan. I am cooking daily and taken much of the kitchen load off her. Love this griddle. I would have given it 5 stars but I haven't gotten the burners to light with the igniter on the unit, I've had to light it manually. But once it's on, it does a beautiful job!

I have bought two now and they both have the same problem. the center of the griddle is crowned. Everything slides left, right, to the front and the back. expected more from the company.
