I wish I had one sooner!

I received this as a gift at my company Christmas party. I waited a couple of months before I purchased a stand for it or even opened it up. I had several projects going on, and thought that I just didn’t have the time to bother with it.
Oh my! I should have opened it right away. I’ve missed so many days of being able to use it!!
I love it. I’ve made several things in a short amount of time, and am looking forward to using it regularly. Especially in the summer, when the thought of turning on my stove (in the Deep South) makes me cringe because I know my A/C is going to get pushed to the max from the additional heat in the house.
I love the fact that it comes with adapters for both types of propane canisters.
I’ve cooked:
Breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast)
Salmon
Sausage
Smash burgers (sooo good)
Homemade potato chips
Carmelized onions
Pork loin (fabulous)
And many other things.
I’m going to try a pizza on it soon.
It’s definitely my new favorite toy.

Seasoning the griddle is the longest part of cooking on this. Food was done quickly and not burnt.

We just go it yesterday so I haven’t had a chance to season it or use it. I have another Blackstone griddle and love it so I can’t imagine not liking this one, unless of course it doesn’t work.

Kids saw how much I liked a friends and purchased it for me. Cook top rounded edges keeps food and grease from falling out. Cooking is even all around. Can’t wait to fire it up for Mother’s Day
