I DID IT ! Breakfast on the grill 365 days in a row. -40c today but the pancakes were excellent. Some days it's covered in 2 feet of snow. Built a wind gate to keep it out of the blowing wind while cooking during snow storms. Seriously this grill is bullet proof industrial grade. Tried to order another for a Christmas gift but still waiting out of stock - Jan 9th,2022. Love grilling on my BlackStone.

We have used it for burgers, cheese steaks, and grilled cheese sandwiches. We absolutely love it so far.
The only problem we have had so far was that when it got hot the last time it popped out and twisted like it was warped. After it cooled down it went back. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Great product but I think it would be nice if the cover had a clasp or locking mechanism so you could lock the lid closed and carry it with the handle. It's the perfect size for camping but carrying it is cumbersome and awkward. I know they sell a bag to carry it but I get it Blackstone is trying to sell accessories.
