My stepson bought one years ago and always raved about it but I just didn't think it was worth the money. Boy was I wrong. Everything I've cooked on it it quick, easy, and simply wonderful! Stir fry has never been so easy (even easier than my $$ Wok setup) and cleanup is a breeze.
Can't say anything negative at this point!

good griddle

tried it with a friend while camping. loved it. as a chef i have always enjoyed a flat top.
i love the easy versatility, easy cleaning and maintenance. a bit heavy and bulky for portability though im aware of smaller units.
seems to me that it is a bit less propane consuming than regular grills.
perfect for smash burgers of course!
