Great size! Very portable! Seasoning it now while thick pork chops are marinating a bit for the first cook. Looking forward to the variety of foods the Blackstone is able to cook!

Beef Wellington needs to be seared on all sides prior to applying the puff pastry. The grill allowed us to sear all 13 Wellingtons at one time. rather than having to only do 4 at a time in the skillet
