Rust line on the lid upon opening

I opened the box and right away noticed a rust line on the lid . From the top middle running all the way down through the logo. Spend a. Good hour trying to get rid of the rust line with little luck. I also have some sort of wear on the grilling service as well. Shouldn’t have this when opening the box for the first time.

Works awesome, cooks awesome. I love that it had an attachment to hook it up to a bigger propane tank. The carry bag has plenty of room for the griddle and all of the accessories I have for it. Great product, couldn’t give any other suggestions
