I downsized to the model for convenience and space. I couldn’t be more pleased. It performs just like my larger Blackstone. I normally only cook for two people so this smaller griddle is perfect.

Bought yo replace w grill that hardly gets used. We ove using Thai griddle instead. Easy to use and can basically cook anything on it
