Gracious griddle with propane power

We bought the griddle a couple of days ago and seasoned it on our balcony in colder temperatures. The griddle has been used almost daily since and is becoming part of our favorite cooking appliances.

I look forward to using the grilled. It do have some mildew on the outside of the Blackstone and I need to clean up before using.

I own a BGE in a table,,, Traeger Pro 34 pellet smoker/grill ,,, Weber charcoal grill and LOVE grilling and smoken MANY ITEMS,,,,, I purchased this model to see if I really enjoyed it or not ,,,, great size and price for beginners on a flat grill!!
