perfect griddle for two

this is my second griddle from Blackstone. My wife and I entertained a lot so originally I purchased the 36 inch griddle with four burners. But when it’s not a party, and just the two of us, I don’t feel like firing up the big griddle. The small one is perfect to fix breakfast a couple of steaks or even brats and burgers for the two of us. Easier cleanup too.
