Just used the grill for the first time… igniter doesn’t work and the grill heats unevenly🤷🏼♂️

I would love to have been given at least a one year warranty for free, but when I went to register it seemed no matter what I’d have to pay. Regardless I’m stoked on this griddle, can’t wait to use it.

Not impressed with the griddle right out of the box.
This is my second Blackstone in 3 years, and the quality of this is no where near the first one. The top section doesn't fit the bottom section and the handle didn't match up with the holes in the lid.
The worst flaw is the "flat top" isn't Flat. The middle is a 1/4 inch higher. I'm sending it back if it doesn't level out after seasoning it
