Got it opened. Took about 30 minutes to organize, unpack and put together. Hooked up the propane and then seasoned it. I did 6 layers. Turned out pretty good and from what I have read, the more it's used the more even the back gets and the nonstick.
Did my 1st meal about an hour after. Made some Philly cheese steaks. They turned out awesome. I'm not ready to dump my webber grill but this is an amazing addition to my outdoor kitchen.
