Griddle top is not flat. Received unit with front lip bowed out. Flat top is wavy. Ran through heat cycles as directed on website and still wavy...makes hard to clean. Grease trap is mediocre. Grease trap is fine as long as it's just one or two drips at a time,ant more and it starts to travel and fall away from Grease trap down unit and floor. Unit does not light up easy takes many times to light. Not really sure how I feel about my purchas. All the hype is just YouTube stuff. It cooks fine just disappointed with what I got.

I use it for 3 hours at a time for tailgates or bring to a friend’s house to assist and it works so well. Love the cleaning aspect and how easy it is and also its reliability. Windy days will always be an issue but figure out a way to block it somehow and it works.
