Only used one time so far for smash burger tacos, but it worked pretty good. A small part of my seasoning chipped off though, so in doing some research I found that using olive oil to season like I did is apparently not the best, and straight vegetable oil or canola oil is better. I also learned that a plastic scraper is better for the surface as well. I wish they had clarified these things in the instruction manual but I'm hoping making more food on it will help a seasoning layer build up again on the part that chipped.

Great little blackstone

Love this little blackstone so far. However the frame was slightly bent and it was a little more difficult to install because of this.

Seasoning the grill went smoothly and we’ve cooked a couple of meals on it and burnt some pizza dough on it but that’s how you learn, will try again.
