Griddle is nice. Lid is nice and sits flush. Handle screws barely reached, but they worked. Build quality is ok. Control knobs aren’t too bad. Hopefully it doesn’t hotspot and heats up the griddle fairly easily

we received this as a Christmas gift and it's super nice to use. only reason for 4 stars is because the adapter that was sent is faulty and does not work right out of the box.
