New style of cooking for me

This is a totally new style of cooking for me. I borrowed one from my friend just to give it a try and absolutely loved it. We made Philly cheesesteaks with peppers and onions and they turned out phenomenal. We liked it so much that while I was cooking on my friends Blackstone, my wife bought me one the same style.
