We made the smash burgers as our meal in the blackstone. Seasoning the grill was very easy. The smash burgers were very easy to make and the clean up was easy.

Came with broken valve, orifice is sheered off. Can't find replacement. So far around the edges seem to be very cool spots with the center being super hot. May be related to the bad valve
