I love my new Blackstone Griddle! Fired it up and made some smash burgers. Turned out amazing. Can't wait to find other recipes to make on it.

Haven’t had a chance yet to fire it up. Expect all will go well as we have several friends and family members who are extremely happy with thei Blackstone. Will let you know if there are any issues after we start using.
