Small griddle with hood

I have not been able to us the griddle yet because I am missing the hood handle that I will need to get from company's support.

Just trying to activate my warranty

1-star since I had to leave a review simply to finish activating my warranty. Haven’t even used the griddle yet. Am sure it will be awesome but it’s a principle thing. Kinda like a tip at fast food or counter joint.
