It's a griddle...

1. If your not perfectly level the liquid runs straight for the catch cup.
2. Must season the cook surface after each use. The food sticks and must harder to keep clean than I thought.
3. Keep an eye on where you set the knobs for your surface temperature. It's overheats really quick.
4. Catch cup is rather small. This forces you to empty a lot, but the yellow jackets and flying bugs have to eat too. It attracts them all, so I keep it empty and swiped out.
