I bought his several months ago, I am an Executive Chef, and have use a lot of griddles, breakfast lunch , and Dinner, you can sauté just about anything and also make authentic Reubens and philly cheese steaks. awesome piece of equipment

This is my second grill, my 28 inch stays in the garage. The 22 inch I bought I take camping , the only down fall is that the hood don’t have a strap lock the hood down. The lock down straps would have been nice so the hood would stays closed when put in the grill cover bag. Other than that love it, would recommend
