Philippines LP Gas tank support

So far, my griddle assembled well, however since I am in the Philippines with it, the tank connection from the US standard hose does not fit any connectors or adapters here. Any help please?

Got my Blackstone as a birthday gift from my son. I followed the Instructions for seasoning using the Blackstone Seasoning yesterday and that process went well. Then i cooked my first bkfst ...bacon & eggs! It was so easy to use and my food was delicious! I'm eagerly waiting to see what I decide to cook next!
