Ignition issues

So excited to get our blackstone but really disappointed that ignited does not work! Did all the steps in the instructions, gas flowing, lit with match but igniter just does not work. Will be in contact Monday

For a camping griddle it’s pretty bulky, could easily be damaged to and from.

Works well

I used this model on a camping trip recently and it worked great. I just bought my own griddle, and I only have two small complaints: one of the lock pegs that holds the griddle to the base is the wrong size making it a very tough fit, and secondly, the lower section of the legs are quite a bit looser and I don’t know if that’s intentional (so the griddle stands evenly on uneven ground) or if it’s just something that could be improved on the next year’s version.
