Some minor glitches but good overall

I like the Blackstone and the ability to cook much at once. I think the surface is great, the evenness of the heat is wonderful and the control is top notch.
I have trouble lighting the third and fourth burners sometimes even when adhering to the “open slow” process of the gas. And I think the knobs are a bit flimsy. But it’s a fine product and I’m sure these issues have become less with the newer models

Love it with one issue.

One of the burners is constantly blowing out with a slight breeze. Everything else is working perfect.

Easy to put together
