I got the 36” griddle as a gift. It is well built, great layout and super functional. It is limitless on what you can cook on this thing. I used to work in the restaurant business and had forgotten how much I missed cooking on a flat top. Options are limitless. Visit the Blackstone site for recipe ideas and techniques. You won’t regret it!!

I had the 28" griddle but used it so much I wanted to upgrade to the 36" griddle and got the wrap around shelf also. Absolutely love it.

I have cooked almost every meal on my Blackstone 36 since I got it about 3 months ago. I moved my grill t the back yard and haven't used it. Everything is easier to cook and tastes better using the griddle. The neighbors are enjoying me cooking too.

I have had my Blackstone 36-inch griddle for about 6 months. I have owned every type of grill and smoker that you can think of and to be honest I have to say this is one of the best pieces of cooking equipment that I have ever purchased. Everyone that comes to my house and sees me cook on it wants one. You do not have to be a great cook to use this thing and make the most awesome food everything from pancakes to steaks to burgers with this griddle you can do it all. I am getting ready to purchase my second one. The only problem that I have with this griddle is the design of the grease trap. Sometimes if you clean it and put too much water or grease on the grill it will run down the leg instead of in the little pan. Other than that this griddle is outstanding. Super highly recommended.

Love my 36" Blackstone Griddle

I have had my Griddle for over one year now. It is truely amazing. I have had issue with the igniter not working. Blackstone service was awesome and promptly replaced with a new one. However that one is not working either. Even with this small issue my love for this Griddle hasn't changed. A quick strike of a lighter and I'm off cooking.

I have owned two of these. The whole leg assembly broke off on my first one but I have plans for it. My new one I used once so far. I think it might be a little better cause it doesn't have cast iron burners.

Great griddle

I just bought a 36" after see a family a couple of weeks ago at a rv park in Galveston cooking on theirs. The regulator messed up once. I turned the bottle off and back on fixed the problem. I do have a problem with grease running down the leg. Makes a mess on the deck. I own a fab shop and will fix the problem. I will send a pic to how I fix it.
