Pretty easy to setup. Purchased waterproof cover for outside. Waste of money. The metal grill covers tasted to rust and peel paint chips in less than 6months. NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO SEE IN A COOKER.,It was inside and out. Cooking wise a lot of heat is lost out the sides. I wouldn't buy another one
I have had mine going on 2yrs.this thing is the best ever neighbor’s hate it when they smell the bacon peep over the fence see the eggs potatoes pancakes. I have a treater I never use anymore
I've had my Blackstone for a year now and absolutely love it. So much that I cook on it in the winter. Our summer parties now consist of me cooking a meal on it. Christmas breakfast we had our large family over. I cooked pancakes, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and biscuits all on my Blackstone. I can't say enough about it. It cooks great, heats up nicely, easy to scrape and clean, easy to initially season, feeds a lot of people and it's fun to cook on!
I just bought my griddle(1932) 36". When putting your unit together it will make it easier putting it together if you DONT tighten the legs to base until completion of step 4. The only problem I had was with steps 12-14, the upper bracket notch was not wide enough to allow upper shelf bolts to slide in--I had to file opening --got it approved thru support to do this
Well built, good finish and easy to assemble; didn't give 5 stars because two of the legs don't have casters so it can be difficult for some people to move around on a wooden deck; also, the solid griddle covers were sold out
