The Blackstone griddle is great for quick and easy cooking for dinner or a barbecue. This is my second Blackstone, my first was given to my daughter so I could get the 36 inch omnivore.

My only real suggestion is to find a flat surface to use you blackstone on. It help keeping eggs and etc. from running away.

Got a great deal on this griddle on Woot! I had a smaller blackstone but this bad boy is huge and so much easier to work on. Highly recommend.

Putting this together was very easy. Super easy to season and the first cook on it was cheesesteak fired onions and Teriyaki Broccoli. It's made quick work out of dinner with a fast clean up. 10 out of 10 would recommend
