Very impressed with the product. The ability to cook everything at once and how Ty w food comes out is fantastic. The clean up is better than a traditional grill in my opinion. Definitely took a minute to get the process of seasoning and cleaning the griddle down cold, but after a month it’s second nature. Can’t recommend this griddle enough. I purchased the 36” with extending table which has already proven invaluable after this Memorial Day weekend.

36" griddle

Purchased my 4th Blackstone cooking items; a 17", 22"; 22"/gas BBQ combo and this 36". All are great to use but wanted to move up to this bigger unit. It provides more than enough workspace to get the job done. Its been a great unit other than the difficulty getting the second from the left burner to light. It won't light with the spark ignitor. It will eventually light when enough gas gets circulated. Hopefully Blackstone will reach out and give me some options.
