A Man's New Best friend

Fine piece of art!! First time I seen this thing was a few weeks ago at a local retailer. It was setup so I had a little fun exploring it
I regret purchasing it then. After watching videos on the endless possibilities this flat top has to offer I recently went back and purchased one. However I did encounter a minor problem perhaps a fast weld job but I have contacted Customer Care and they're great , you can tell these individuals love their job!! Big plus compared to your average customer care you get elsewhere.
Well I assembled it in less than 30 min and Seasoning took me about 45mins.
My wife's birthday was the next day so this was perfect, I stopped by my buddy's meat market and grabbed 9lbs of Asada (diced beef) and 3lbs of Adobada (seasoned pork) I cooked it all at once and it distributed perfectly on the surface (Model1836) Even better for the tortillas. We invited family and friends and everyone was amazed by this product. The aromas this thing throws off while cooking even had my neighbors down the block curious Iol. As a father of three I have spent a good amount of money for catering for my kids birthdays but now I can do it myself!! This product is A GREAT INVESTMENT, don't be like me don't think twice you won't regret it.
A suggestion I have thought about would be a great idea is to ADD A BOTTLE OPENER. Would like to hear some feedback on this suggestion.

First time Griddle owner. No instructions on how to get the packaging coating off the griddle before trying to season it. I could not find any info to go ahead and use it or not.

Haven't used my grill in 5 months ( I think it's time to put it up on let go) upgraded with the Blackstone accessory side self, magnetic accessories holder, and patent pending bottom shelf. Don't hesitate and just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome Purchase

I absolutely love my griddle. I use it for so many things. The only issue is the grease trap and run off in the front. The grease is always dripping down the legs and side as opposed to in the grease trap. Very aggravating to have to scrub the whole thing clean after each use. Otherwise it is everything I dreamed it would be.

I finally found exactly what i was looking for in a griddle. No more cheap, lightweight, low powered junk. This is tough, easy to use and clean. I love this appliance. I get the heat that I need for serious cooking.
