Could be better

Loving the griddle but lacking lots of necessary accessories. Had to buy Separate utensils, cover, metal lid, wind guard

Finally took the plunge

My old gas grill finally gave up the ghost. Instead of gutting it and rebuilding like I’ve done in the past, I decided to make the switch to a Blackstone. So far, loving making fajitas and smash burgers. Looking forward to a long summer of cooking on my new Blackstone.
